We are looking for an Enterprise Platforms Technical Architect to provide long-term architectural support, drive solution architecture for small to mid-size initiatives, and contribute to architectural methodology and technical excellence within the Salesforce ecosystem

IF YOU ARE

• Having at least 7 years of professional experience in relevant roles
• Experienced in software architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on development within enterprise platforms
• Confident in driving small to mid-size solution architecture initiatives independently
• Skilled in translating business, functional, and non-functional requirements into high-quality architectural designs aligned with enterprise standards
• Knowledgeable in defining architectural drivers and system quality attributes including performance, scalability, availability, fault tolerance, security, deployment, and maintainability
• Proficient in architectural methodologies such as Attribute Driven Design and Architecture Trade-off Analysis
• Capable of analyzing, modeling, documenting, and assessing existing application architectures
• Experienced in leading development teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards in design, development, and testing
• Comfortable communicating technical constraints and decisions to business stakeholders and facilitating collaboration across multiple teams
• Able to contribute to estimation, roadmap construction, and technical vision definition including standards, technologies, and tools
• Skilled in mentoring developers and supporting technical leaders in their professional growth
• Knowledgeable in secure customer data management processes including data obtaining, exchange, storage, retention, and deletion across the project lifecycle
• Committed to following privacy, information security, off-boarding, and project closure procedures in line with company policies and contractual obligations
• Certified in software architecture or enterprise technologies such as SEI Software Architecture Professional, TOGAF, SCJP, MCP, IBM SOA, or similar is an advantage
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

AND YOU WANT TO

• Participate in architectural services including Discovery, Assessment, and Architectural Project Support engagements
• Lead application development teams to implement solutions aligned with the defined architectural vision
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify business and technical requirements
• Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and constraints clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Define and prioritize architectural drivers and facilitate cooperation among all stakeholders
• Cooperate with architects and technology experts to produce solid and sustainable technical decisions
• Elaborate and validate system quality attributes to ensure robust and future-proof solutions
• Define application design strategies, standards, processes, technologies, and tools within technical vision documents
• Contribute to project estimation and support roadmap creation activities
• Monitor development teams to ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices
• Actively contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement of architectural methodologies
• Support skill development and provide supervision and mentorship to junior specialists
• Establish and maintain secure customer data management processes together with project leadership
