Job Description :

Experience Required: 8-10 Minimum

- Agile Project Management, EDI / B2B Integration, IBM Sterling Experience
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Strong experience delivering Agile EDI / B2B integration programs.
- Working knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT).
- Experience with B2B protocols AS2, SFTP, FTP/S.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional Agile teams and external partners.
- Hands-on experience with Jira / Azure DevOps and Agile metrics.
- Strong facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in Spin-Co / carve-out / TSA-driven programs is a strong advantage.
- Good to have skills :
- Oracle Database administration and Oracle applications related Certification.
- Understanding of Weblogic, OAM, SSO , OID , Golden Gate
- SOX related knowledge
- Experience in leading a Database administration project and team.
- OCI Knowledge
- RAC Knowledge
- SQL/PLSQL Development experience is added plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive Agile delivery of an EDI Spin-Co carve-out with incremental, value-based migration.
- Establish Agile delivery framework (Scrum / Hybrid Agile) for EDI squads.
- Define program increments, sprint cadence, and release milestones.
- Maintain lightweight governance aligned to Agile principles.
- Ensure visibility through Agile dashboards and dependency tracking.
- Plan migration in waves by partner, transaction type, or domain.
- Coordinate across EDI, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams.
- Identify and remove Agile impediments proactively.
- Maintain RAID logs aligned to sprint and release planning.
- Manage cross-team dependencies using Scrum-of-Scrums.
- Support Agile-aligned release, cutover, and go-live.
- Translate Agile progress into business outcomes for leadership.
- Ensure smooth handoff to operations with runbooks and SOPs.
- Capture retrospectives and support post-go-live stabilization.
