Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist to support, configure, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor (OTL), Absence Management, and Reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in Payroll processing, Benefits Administration, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). The candidate will work closely with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations, reporting, compliance, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Time Management

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Manage payroll processing activities and payroll validations.
• Ensure accurate calculation of taxes, deductions, garnishments, and payroll compliance.
• Support integration between Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and Core HR.
• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliation activities.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing and payroll-related issues.

Benefits Administration

• Configure and support Oracle Benefits Cloud.
• Manage:
  • Benefit Plans
  • Eligibility Profiles
  • Rates
  • Life Events
  • Enrollment Processes
• Support annual Open Enrollment activities.
• Validate benefits setup and payroll integration.
• Ensure compliance with benefits administration policies.

Fast Formula Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fast Formulas.
• Build formulas for:
  • Payroll Calculations
  • Absence Management
  • Benefits Eligibility
  • Compensation Rules
  • Accruals
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex formulas.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain:
  • OTBI Reports
  • BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
  • HCM Extracts
  • FDI Dashboards
• Generate reports for:
  • Payroll Audits
  • Compliance
  • Benefits Analysis
  • Leadership Reporting
• Analyze payroll and benefits data for process improvements.

Integration & Support

• Support integrations between:
  • Oracle Payroll
  • Benefits
  • OTL
  • Core HR
• Work with HRIS teams to ensure end-to-end business process alignment.
• Support HR operations and employee data management.
• Act as backup support for HR Helpdesk and HRIS functions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience.
• Strong Oracle Benefits Cloud experience.
• Strong expertise in Fast Formulas.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Experience with FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence).
• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, OTL, and Absence integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
