Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of IT software development and ServiceNow expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, implementation, and administration, including SAM/HAM, CMDB, SPM, ITSM, and ITBM modules. This role requires local candidates in Austin, TX who can attend an in-person interview and work in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Implement and support ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITBM (IT Business Management) modules.
• Develop and enhance solutions within SAM (Software Asset Management) and HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
• Manage and optimize CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and related integrations.
• Configure and support SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) processes and workflows.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and security requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and business users.

• 10+ years of IT Software Development experience
• 10+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience

• Strong ServiceNow platform customization and development expertise.
• Experience with integrations, workflows, scripting, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Public Sector or Government project experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow enterprise implementations.
