Manager Agile Program Management:- Leads end-to-end production operations by ensuring efficient resource utilization, timely delivery, quality compliance, and operational excellence across one or more production teams while enabling Project Leads to execute effectively. Oversee production operations to ensure delivery meets SLA, quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets. Drive workforce and capacity planning to optimize resource allocation, utilization, and business continuity across teams. Monitor operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions. Manage production risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring minimal impact to client deliverables. Lead operational excellence initiatives by driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk. Develop and mentor Project Leads, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, governance, and succession planning.

Manager Agile Program Management

As a Manager Agile Program Management, you will play a key role in driving Agile transformation and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to ensure seamless execution of Agile programs and continuous improvement in product delivery.

Your Impact

• Lead Agile program management efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive team collaboration and efficiency.
• Work closely with product owners and engineering teams to define and prioritize product backlogs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth program execution.
• Implement Agile best practices and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, to optimize delivery processes.
• Track and report key Agile metrics, such as velocity, cycle time, and team performance, to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive Agile adoption and maturity across the organization.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to enhance their Agile mindset and execution capabilities.
• Ensure cross-team coordination and alignment to deliver high-quality, customer-centric digital products.
• Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within Agile teams.

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Agile program management, product management, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams and driving Agile transformations in large-scale organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature prioritization.
• Ability to analyze and optimize Agile delivery processes using data-driven insights.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address challenges in Agile execution.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP are a plus.
