Summary

Job Title: Lead QA Automation Engineer

Location: Omaha, NE (All 5 Days Onsite)

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic QA Lead with deep expertise in Playwright to spearhead our test automation architecture, elevate product quality, and mentor a team of quality engineers. You will design scalable automation frameworks, drive UI and API test coverage, integrate testing into CI/CD workflows, and champion modern engineering practices—including AI-assisted testing and agentic workflows.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
    • Total Experience: 13+ years in Software Quality Assurance.
    • Automation Experience: 4+ years in test automation, with at least 2–3+ years of hands-on experience using Playwright.
    • Leadership Experience: Proven track record leading QA initiatives, setting up practices from scratch, or mentoring team members.
  • Technical Stack:
    • Expert fluency in TypeScript / JavaScript
    • Strong proficiency in UI, API (REST/SOAP), integration, and end-to-end testing.
    • Experience with multi-browser strategies (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit) and resilient locator/synchronization handling
