Job DetailsSr Plumbing Designer/Engineer (Commercial Projects) - Fort Lauderdale
We are seeking a Sr Plumbing Designer/Engineer with experience completing Commercial Projects from Start to Finish.
Duties/Qualifications:
- BS Engineering or equivalent
- Experience delivering Complete Design of Commercial, Healthcare, High-Rise, and Hotels Projects
- REVIT Software proficiency Required
- Completes project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration, as necessary.
- Performs involved and detailed design requirements.
- Working knowledge of current Building Codes.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player with Good People Skills
Preferred, Not Required
- Spanish bilingual
- Medical Gas Experience.
- Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD)
