Position: O9 Consultant

Location: Sunnyvale, CA/ Austin, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Excellent Hand-on experience in solution design for o9 implementation engagements; including leading the requirement gathering process, translating business and technical requirements to solution design documentation and test case procedures.
  • Significant and documented project experience involving solution design and implementation using o9 Solutions; Knowledge of o9 Reference Model configurations and workflows.
  • Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative, and energetic.
  • Work closely with the configuration team to provide architectural guidance, technical direction, and quality assurance to all model builders and configuration leads in o9 implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment
    • Ability to supervise others and actively coach / mentor junior consultants.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•  Experience with o9 Master Planning and Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning
•  Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods or Consumer Technology or Retail
• Nice to have: Replenishment Planning Functional Knowledge
• Nice to have Database: SQL, NoSQL, Indexing, CRUD operations, Python on HADOOP
• Nice to have Python HADOOP HIVE integration skills
• Requirement management and Business Analysis skills are required
• Understanding of customer’s requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting it.
• Working across multiple layers of the application to convert business requirements and use cases into solution design and configuration
• Executing unit testing, regression testing, support UAT activities, support training
• Ensuring that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability and reliability are captured.
