Position: Sr. Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Consultant

We are excited to offer a long-term remote opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Consultant. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the migration of projects to Oracle Cloud ERP Financials. The ideal candidate will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production cutover planning while working closely with system integrators, users, and cross-functional teams.
This role is critical to ensuring the success of the project and includes responsibilities as both a Functional QA Analyst and Business Analyst. You will also lead testing efforts for financial reports, integrations, month-end closing processes in the sub-ledger and General Ledger (GL), and production cutover planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, and P2P.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience leading CRP, UAT, SIT, and production cutover planning activities.
- Knowledge of month-end close processes within sub-ledger and GL.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, with experience working in two-week sprint cycles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UAT, SIT, and production cutover planning for the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials migration.
- Work closely with system integrators, business users, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and execute test cases for reports, integrations, and financial processes.
- Oversee the month-end closing process for sub-ledgers and GL, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment, participating in two-week sprints and leading QA efforts.
- Act as the functional QA and Business Analyst for Oracle Cloud ERP, responsible for the overall testing and validation of system integrations and reporting functionality.
