Looking to add an Application Architect to their team. This role combines practical development responsibilities with strategic solution architecture, focusing primarily on hands-on application design, development, and delivery, while providing guidance on broader solution architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a hands-on full-stack C# developer using Microsoft technologies including .Net Core, .Net Framework, Web API, ASP.Net, MVC, and related frameworks.
  • Mentor and lead team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and a "get things done attitude.
  • Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, making recommendations to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Apply Solution Architect principles to design end-to-end systems, integrating across multiple platforms and services, while remaining actively involved in development.
  • Work in Agile environments, utilizing DevOps practices and cloud-based platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) for CI/CD and deployments.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of software development experience with hands-on technical leadership.
  • 2+ years of experience developing technical roadmaps and presenting architectural solutions.
  • Strong experience with full-stack C# development, Web API, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js or other JavaScript frameworks).
  • Experience with Octopus Deploy, PowerShell, and emerging front-end technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native development, particularly on Microsoft Azure including GitHub Enterprise and GitActions.
