This role supports the HPE Aruba EdgeConnect rollout by providing hands-on technical leadership for SD-WAN staging, deployment coordination, and site implementation activities. The position requires deep understanding of Silver Peak/EdgeConnect SD-WAN and is responsible for preparing equipment, supporting field execution, and partnering with technical teams to ensure successful deployment across more than 30 sites.

Responsibilities:
- Stage, configure, label, and validate HPE Aruba EdgeConnect equipment for deployment across more than 30 sites, ensuring devices are prepared in accordance with design standards, templates, and rollout schedules.
- Work closely with field teams, project stakeholders, and site contacts to coordinate deployment activities, confirm readiness, and support successful installation and cutover events.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, including network engineering, implementation, and support resources, to align device configurations, migration plans, test requirements, and issue resolution activities.
- Validate pre-deployment and post-deployment connectivity, troubleshoot Silver Peak/EdgeConnect SD-WAN issues, and escalate or remediate technical problems to minimize disruption during rollout activities.
- Maintain accurate deployment documentation, staging checklists, configuration records, and site readiness details to support consistent execution and handoff across the rollout program.
- Support rollout execution in accordance with established change management processes, implementation timelines, and operational standards.
- Provide timely status updates on staging progress, deployment readiness, risks, issues, and site completion milestones to project leadership and technical teams.

- Deep understanding of HPE Aruba EdgeConnect / Silver Peak SD-WAN architecture, deployment methods, and operational support practices.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing, staging, supporting, or deploying Silver Peak/EdgeConnect SD-WAN solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with field teams, technical teams, vendors, and site stakeholders.
- Experience staging, inventorying, labeling, and validating network hardware for multi-site deployments.
- Strong knowledge of WAN, routing, VPN, and LAN fundamentals, with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity and deployment issues during implementation; basic knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, including basic configuration, is required.
- Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation, deployment checklists, and configuration records while following established standards and processes.
- Experience supporting large, complex, multi-site network rollout projects with competing priorities and tight implementation timelines.
- Ability to work effectively with third-party vendors, field resources, and internal cross-functional teams to drive deployment success.
- Ability to serve as a technical escalation point for deployment-related issues and to support resolution through implementation and stabilization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites, deployment tasks, and readiness activities simultaneously.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced rollout environment.
Experience and Education:
- BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Silver Peak / HPE Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN.
- Experience supporting enterprise network deployments, including site staging, implementation coordination, and cutover support.
- Working knowledge of routing, switching, WAN, VPN, related network deployment concepts, and basic Palo Alto firewall configuration.
- Experience working across field operations and technical teams in large-scale, multi-site rollout environments.
