We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Payments, Digital Banking, and Mobile Banking to drive the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative payment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in SWIFT MT/MX messaging, ISO 20022 standards, High-Value Payment systems, and digital banking platforms. This role requires close collaboration with business, technology, architecture, and UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, customer-centric solutions that meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager within Banking, Payments, or Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of SWIFT MT and MX message formats. Relevant experience with these standards appears frequently in enterprise payment-related profiles and documents.
  • Experience with ISO 20022 payment standards and message transformation.
  • Strong understanding of High-Value Payment systems such as Fedwire, CHIPS, RTGS, and end-to-end payment processing flows. Enterprise materials reference these payment rails as core competencies in payment modernization initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in Digital Banking and Mobile Banking product delivery.
  • Strong experience defining product roadmaps, product strategy, features, epics, and user stories.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with UX/UI teams and provide functional direction on screen design, user experience, and customer journeys.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and modern digital banking architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment and digital banking products.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed product requirements, features, and user stories.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define payment product capabilities aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead product design discussions and collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile banking experiences.
  • Provide detailed functional guidance on user journeys, screen designs, workflows, and customer interaction models to ensure requirements are effectively translated into digital solutions.
  • Drive the modernization and enhancement of payment products supporting SWIFT MT/MX messaging, ISO 20022 standards, and payment processing platforms.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define APIs, integrations, transaction flows, and payment processing requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring delivery of high-value features aligned with strategic goals.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Partner with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
