Job Description
We are seeking a Seasoned Analyst/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence report development using Tableau, SQL, and ETL tooling such as Alteryx and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions from requirements through deployment and stakeholder presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement database-related solutions to support analytics and reporting.
- Build and enhance Tableau reporting solutions to track and assess performance.
- Create and maintain procedures and documentation for data pipelines and reports.
- Gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions from complex data to inform business decisions.
- Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements and data sources, apply analytics, and implement delivery strategies.
- Provide guidance on process improvements and best practices with measurable benefits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Tableau report development, including dashboard design and performance optimization.
- 3+ years of Alteryx development for ETL and data preparation.
- 3+ years of SQL coding and reporting with intermediate to advanced proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capability.
- Proven interpersonal skills to solicit and incorporate stakeholder input.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time to strict deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hybrid work environments and collaboration across business and technology teams.
- Background in performance tracking and KPI design within financial services or similar domains.
