Summary

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a mid-level Systems Analyst to support our contract at EPA ACRES in a fully remote position.

LOCATION: 100% Remote from within the Continental United States

Position Overview:

The Systems Analyst will provide operational and administrative support for the ACRES application along with providing direct support for the clients, end-users, and other ACRES team members. The position is responsible for staffing our ACRES help desk during business hours, adhering to service level agreements in regard to help desk responsiveness, escalating issues to senior members of the ACRES support team, assisting with application testing as directed by our senior tester, and providing direct support and documentation for our client and end user community. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, software developers, , government stakeholders, and application end users to provide end user and client support for the ACRES application, author documentation and training modules for the application, prepare agendas and provide summary documentation for client meetings and end-user demonstrations, assist with application testing for software releases, and gain domain specific knowledge for our ACRES application and the Brownfields Grant business processes.

Experience Required:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting enterprise information systems, applications, or IT operations.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience communicating with clients and end users to explain business and system related concepts to facilitate productivity and understanding.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and their end user communities.
  • Experience producing instructional videos and documentation specific to business processes.
  • Experience performing basic usability testing for large online applications.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience communicating with clients and a user community of diverse technical experience.
  • Experience maintaining and producing documentation and instructional videos.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting geographically dispersed teams.

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field OR Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Security Requirements:
  • Clearable and able to pass a background investigation to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain EPA suitability, including FBI fingerprint screening and PIV/EPASS credentialing as required
