Lead DAS Installer

Our client specializes in 4 major telecommunications categories- LMR (Land Mobile Radio, IBS (in building systems, IDAS), ITS (Intelligent transportation systems), and Physical Security
They currently have a number of In building projects that they will work on over the next few years, this includes the construction and maintenance of in building wireless access points. They are currently supporting projects in the Federal, State and Local government, and education, transportation, venues/stadiums, and healthcare field.
This scope specifically is for the IL market where MCA is supporting DAS/low voltage installation, public safety, fiber, coax, ODAS/IDAS, new builds, existing campuses, hospitals, schools, stadiums, etc. Most of the work is in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana but candidates must be open to travel and overnight stays.
Resources must be open to coast to coast travel (worse case scenario and rare) with overnight stays being possible 4 nights at a time, coming back on the weekend. Will drive company vehicle, hotels/flights covered, $65.00/day for per diem.
We are looking for a strong/advanced LEAD DAS Technician that can support advanced DAS installations, troubleshooting, testing, and field leadership within a small two-person team. The role requires strong technical depth across RF/DAS systems, OEM platforms, power systems, and hands-on problem solving. The tech will lead workstreams, interface with contractors, and support projects primarily across IL, WI, and IN, with occasional national travel.
This includes working with 1/2" coax, OEM's like: JMA, ADRF, SOLiD, Comba/Somba, SpiderCloud, Ericsson systems & radios
There will be a 40 hour work week, with the opportunity for overtime . This position is specifically to support the IL market and is a long term FTE opportunity, running a 6-month CTH with a strong track record of conversion.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
