We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile delivery, Scrum, Kanban, stakeholder management, release planning, and project governance. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional technology teams, drive project execution, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project risks and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can work closely with executives, Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders while ensuring project milestones, delivery timelines, and organizational goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership
- Lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation through delivery.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Establish project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Report project status, risks, dependencies, and progress to senior leadership and executives.
- Monitor project scope and proactively prevent scope creep.
Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams.
- Lead Scrum and Kanban teams while ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile metrics and team feedback.
- Coach Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and stakeholders on Agile principles and methodologies.
Release & Delivery Management
- Coordinate software releases across multiple teams.
- Manage release schedules and deployment readiness.
- Ensure teams meet delivery commitments and product deadlines.
- Track project deliverables and execution milestones.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Communicate project health, action items, risks, mitigation plans, and issues.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Escalate issues proactively and drive resolution.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Track project costs and identify opportunities for savings.
- Support resource planning and utilization.
Team Development & Coaching
- Mentor Technical Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
- Conduct Agile training workshops and coaching sessions.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Required Skills

- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and governance.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
