NDT Inspector

Responsible:

· Perform inspections completed aircraft structures, components, and repairs in accordance with approved procedures and customer requirements.

· Document inspection results and communicate findings to the NDT Level

 

Qualification:

· High School Diploma required.

· Relevant NDT experience. 

· Training and experience consistent with NAS-410 or an equivalent aerospace standard.

· Documented proof of previous or current certifications in at least one of the following methods:

· Radiographic Testing (RT)

· Magnetic Particle (MP)

· Liquid Penetrant (PT)

· Eddy Current Testing (ET)

· Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

 

Work Requirements:

· Able to work around aircraft and manufacturing equipment, including confined spaces.

· Available for multiple shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.

· Must complete required safety, vision and customer-certification testing.

· RT personnel must follow all radiation-safety requirements.
