Required Qualifications: Broad Infrastructure Expertise: Deep, hands-on understanding of enterprise-level IT infrastructure, specifically spanning Network, Middleware, and Compute environments. Process Engineering Background: Proven experience acting as a Process Engineer, Systems/Infrastructure Analyst, or Automation Architect in a large-scale enterprise setting. Analytical Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex technical processes, identify root causes of manual drag, and architect streamlined alternatives. Development Collaboration: Previous experience partnering with, guiding, or leading software development teams (specifically offshore teams) to implement infrastructure automation. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical proposals to stakeholders and translate infrastructure concepts into developer requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Financial Services or Banking sector. Familiarity with enterprise automation and orchestration concepts (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting, CI/CD pipelines). Understanding of cloud computing principles (particularly AWS). Experience with process mapping methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL).

Seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Infrastructure Process Engineer to join a critical infrastructure transformation initiative. This role sits within a major enterprise program focused on automated patching and legacy infrastructure efficiency.
In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between legacy IT operations and modern automation. You will be responsible for diving deep into existing, manual infrastructure practices across Network, Middleware, and Compute environments, breaking them down, and architecting streamlined, automated solutions. You will not just be identifying the problems; you will be proposing the exact fixes and leading an offshore development team to bring your automation strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Investigation & Auditing: Conduct deep-dive investigations into current legacy infrastructure operations to identify manual bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas ripe for automation.
- Process Re-engineering: Break down complex, multi-step processes within the network infrastructure space and redesign them for maximum efficiency.
- Solution Architecture & Strategy: Propose concrete, technical fixes and automation workflows that streamline current practices across Network, Middleware, and Compute domains.
- Offshore Development Leadership: Serve as the primary technical liaison for a dedicated offshore development team. Translate your proposed process changes into clear technical requirements and guide the developers in instituting the changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with infrastructure teams, project managers, and enterprise leadership to ensure the successful rollout of new efficiencies.
