Role: SAP PP Consultant (Rollout)
Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Duration: 6+ months Contract
Role Overview:
Lenox is looking for a Senior SAP PP Consultant with proven rollout experience to drive production planning implementation activities at their Richardson, TX site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead/support SAP PP rollout for new manufacturing plants and production lines
• Perform fit-gap analysis against the global template and manage plant-specific localizations
• Configure Discrete/Process/REM manufacturing, MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Orders
• Coordinate with MM, QM, WM, and SD teams for integrated business process design
• Drive workshops, blueprint, realization, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Manage master data strategy (BOM, routing, work centers, production versions)
• Support shop floor integration (MES/PI sheets) where applicable
Must-Have Skills:
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience with at least 2 end-to-end rollouts
• Strong knowledge of Discrete and/or Process Manufacturing
• MRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, Production Order lifecycle, Backflushing
• Integration with MM (procurement), QM (inspection), WM/IM, and CO (product costing)
• Template-based rollout experience across multiple plants/countries
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and training skills
Nice to Have:
• S/4HANA PP rollout experience
• PP-PI (Process Industry) exposure
• Manufacturing/consumer goods industry background
• MES integration experience
