Senior Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in West Palm Beach, FL that is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate. In this role, you will support the maintenance and enhancement of investment data, reporting processes, and analytical tools. You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely product and industry insights that drive business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and improvement of internal databases, processes, and reporting tools
* Work with large volumes of investment and industry data across mutual funds, SMAs, and alternative products
* Maintain accurate product, performance, and industry data for recurring and ad-hoc reporting
* Create and distribute daily, monthly, and quarterly reports and data extracts
* Verify data accuracy across internal and external deliverables
* Provide analytical support for product, portfolio, affiliate, and industry research
* Utilize various internal and third-party data systems (e.g., FactSet, Morningstar, Bloomberg)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Management, or related field
* 1-2 years of experience or internships in investment or asset management
* Strong Excel skills; Familiarity with SQL, PowerPoint, and Tableau is a plus
* Experience with mutual funds, SMAs, or alternative investments preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
