Our client is looking for an Senior ServiceNow CMDB Architect for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title : Senior ServiceNow CMDB Architect
Location : Remote

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with 12 years of overall IT experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
• Define and lead the overall ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Design scalable and sustainable solutions across ServiceNow modules, with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.
• Establish CMDB governance frameworks, data models, reconciliation strategies, identification rules, and data quality standards.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ensure alignment with ServiceNow standards.
• Architect and oversee implementation of ITOM capabilities, including:
• Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Operational Visibility
• Design enterprise integration architectures using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, administration, and implementation teams.
• Review solution designs, code quality, and platform configurations to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Lead architecture workshops with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and leadership.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Define platform governance, development standards, and release management processes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Infrastructure Teams, and Service Owners to improve operational visibility and service health.
• Support platform upgrades, transformation initiatives, and ServiceNow roadmap planning.
• Platform Development Knowledge: JavaScript, APIs, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal
• Strong understanding of: ITIL Framework, IT Operations processes, Service Asset & Configuration Management

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
