Required Tech/Experience (Manager won’t consider candidates without the following):

• Workday – Financials
• Full Lifecycle Workday Financials implementation experience (minimum 2)
• ERP Program/Project Management within large-scale transformations
• Experience Managing risks, dependencies and cross-functional delivery

Typical Day to Day: We are seeking an experienced ERP Workday Program Manager – Finance to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This individual will lead delivery execution within the Finance functional domain, ensuring alignment across workstreams while driving timelines, mitigating risks, and managing dependencies in a complex, regulated environment.

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced ERP Workday Program Manager – Finance to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This individual will lead delivery execution within the Finance functional domain, ensuring alignment across workstreams while driving timelines, mitigating risks, and managing dependencies in a complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for the Workday Finance functional domain
• Manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies
• Partner closely with Finance leadership, IT, and system integrators to align business and technical objectives
• Drive governance, reporting, and executive-level communications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards throughout the program lifecycle
• Support change management, testing coordination, and deployment planning across Finance workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP delivery experience, leading large-scale transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials implementations, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
• Strong understanding of Workday Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Expenses, Financial Reporting, etc.)
• Experience operating within complex, highly regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, financial services, manufacturing)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and system integrators

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or multi-entity Finance transformations
• Strong program governance and executive communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Workday Financials certification(s) a plus
