Position Overview

We are seeking an RPA Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring automated processes run successfully, investigating production issues, coordinating incident resolution, and working closely with business and technical teams to maintain reliable RPA operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled and unattended RPA processes to ensure successful execution and availability.
• Perform daily operational health checks and proactively identify failed, delayed, or impacted automations.
• Troubleshoot RPA production issues and perform initial root-cause analysis.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and operational issues through established ticketing and escalation processes.
• Restart, reschedule, or recover failed automation jobs in accordance with documented procedures.
• Coordinate with RPA developers, infrastructure teams, application support teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor bot machines, orchestrators/control rooms, queues, credentials, schedules, and application dependencies.
• Analyze automation logs and exception details to identify recurring problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Support production deployments, releases, patches, upgrades, and post-deployment validation.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
• Track RPA operational metrics, including bot availability, job success/failure rates, incidents, and SLA performance.
• Support business continuity and recovery activities for critical automations.
• Participate in problem management and root-cause analysis for recurring production incidents.
• Ensure RPA operations follow established security, compliance, change-management, and production-support standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting RPA solutions in a production environment.
• Experience with one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
• Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.
• Experience reviewing application, bot, and system logs to diagnose operational issues.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change-management processes.
• Experience with ticketing/service-management tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise RPA Orchestrator/Control Room administration and monitoring.
• Understanding of Windows servers, virtual machines, databases, APIs, and application integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based production-support practices.
• Experience supporting business-critical automations in a large enterprise environment.
• RPA platform certification is a plus.
