Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized CRM solutions. This role involves supporting critical workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and support CRM solutions, including workflow enhancements and user story delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements

Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals

Manage release cycles, deployments, and updates

Maintain ownership of technical architecture and system integrations

Establish and enforce development standards and best practices

Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems

Ensure compliance with security and application lifecycle standards

Provide technical leadership and communicate solutions at an executive level

Support training and transition to maintenance/operations


Salesforce Expertise Required:

Strong experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

Full lifecycle Salesforce implementation experience

Proficiency in:

Apex, Visualforce, Apex Triggers

Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

Experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)

Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (JSON/XML)

Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO)

Experience with Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex

Familiarity with:

Data migration

AppExchange products

CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)

Experience with SFDX, branching, merging, and deployments


Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Salesforce development experience

4+ years with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, JavaScript

5+ years working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud

3+ years of Salesforce Lightning experience

2+ years of API integrations and SSO

Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or similar)

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Salesforce Certified Administrator


Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Experience with Conga and Drawloop

Familiarity with government environments and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP)
