Started with R&D last year
when launched Copilot Chat within End User Productivity. Now working on first
Chat Bot for Merchants.


 


Currently just using Copilot
Chat - out of the box solution. Need to start building chat bots for
Merchants. This will help merchants access the training materials, etc.


 


People are now asking for
features to be added and developed before being formally launched. Need
someone to help develop the merchant chat bot. Need POCs.


 


Integrator is delivering the
initial Copilot Studio agent build and exits but is exiting in June.

Duties/Day to Day Overview

Build and support
Copilot agents using Copilot Studio

Develop and maintain
Power Platform components (flows, integrations)

Work hands‑on with
Azure foundations supporting agents

Create Proof of
Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases

Develop
solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse

Troubleshoot Copilot
and Power Platform issues

Collaborate with IT
and business stakeholders to implement new solutions


·                    
Strong communication
skills with technical and non‑technical teams


·                    
Ability to quickly
prototype, test, and iterate solutions

Support and
troubleshoot live chatbots post‑launch

Partner with
Microsoft and internal architects

Address new agent
use cases as teams request expansion
