  • - Partner with Salesforce, Business Central, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve data issues, and ensure integration designs align with business processes.
  • - Create and execute unit, system integration, and regression testing plans; document test results, defects, remediation actions, and deployment readiness.
  • - Support implementation activities, including environment setup, data validation, cutover planning, production deployment, and hypercare.
  • - Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot failed jobs, resolve integration errors, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • - Maintain technical documentation, including flow diagrams, data mappings, runbooks, and support procedures
  • - Provide knowledge transfer to internal IT resources to support long-term maintainability of the integration environment.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • - 5+ years of integration design, development, testing, and production support experience
  • - 3+ years of hands-on Celigo experience, including configuration of flows, mappings, lookups, imports, exports, transformations, error handling, and monitoring.
  • - Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce CRM with Microsoft Business Central or another ERP platform
  • - Strong understanding of Microsoft Business Central data structures and Salesforce objects, data model, APIs, security model, validation rules, automation impacts, and CRM business processes.
  • - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, webhooks, authentication methods, data transformation, and integration troubleshooting.
  • - Ability to develop or modify JavaScript-based integration logic, scripts, or hooks within Celigo
  • - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
