Summary

Role: Technical Program Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

JD:

Lead end-to-end technical program delivery including solution architecture, requirement gathering, design, development, data migration, AI implementation, testing, and production deployment.
Provide technical leadership to large, globally distributed cross-functional teams (100+ members), ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Define and implement multi-cloud architecture strategies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) focused on scalability, security, reliability, and cost optimization.
Drive digital transformation initiatives including legacy modernization, microservices adoption, cloud migration, and DevOps automation (CI/CD, containerization).
Partner with executive stakeholders and clients to establish KPIs, roadmaps, strategic plans, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting frameworks.
Lead AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives by evaluating use cases, developing PoCs, selecting foundational models, and integrating AI-driven solutions into enterprise platforms.
Establish and optimize Agile and hybrid SDLC processes (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to improve team productivity, release cycles, and operational efficiency.
Oversee infrastructure planning, budget management, and release governance while ensuring continuous process improvement and stakeholder alignment.
