They oversee the development of advanced Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, integrating systems and optimizing business processes at scale. This role evaluates enterprise processes, shapes solution architectures, and ensures secure, compliant, and high performance implementations across the Power Platform ecosystem. In addition to documenting technical designs and guiding end users, they mentor staff, establish best practices, and lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. The specialist continuously monitors platform advancements and recommends enterprise level automation opportunities to support long term agency transformation.

Developing end to end solutions across the Power Platform ecosystem, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and connectors to internal and external systems.
