SAFe Project Manager / Scrum Master

Position Overview:
We are seeking a SAFe Project Manager to support Agile delivery within a scaled enterprise environment. This role will facilitate program increment (PI) planning, guide Agile teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment across the Agile Release Train (ART).

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate PI Planning and support backlog readiness, ensuring clear and actionable team objectives


• Coach Agile teams on SAFe and Lean-Agile principles, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement


• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives


• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and flow


• Collaborate across teams within the ART, participating in Scrum of Scrums to support program alignment


• Foster a transparent, inclusive, and high-performing team environment

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role within a scaled or enterprise environment


• Strong understanding of SAFe framework, including PI Planning and ART coordination


• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) a plus any SAFe certification.


• Experience with Agile/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Wrike, or similar)


• Background in software development or IT environments preferred


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
