Primary Location: Mechanicsville, VA

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a .Net Programmer Analyst 4 for our premier client Mechanicsville, VA.

Education and Experience

7+ years of experience developing applications using .NET Core and C#.
Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
Experience consuming and integrating with SQL Server on Azure VM environments.
Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD. Required 7
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. 7
Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools. Desired 5
Familiarity with domain-driven design and microservices. Desired 5
Experience developing applications using .NET Core and C# Required 7 Years\
Experience building REST APIs and microservices. Required 7 Years
Experience consuming and integrating with SQL Server on Azure VM environments. Required 7 Years

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core backend services and APIs.
Develop new application features and enhance existing functionalities.
Participate in performance optimization efforts across application layers.
Integrate with Azure-based components and cloud services.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience integrating backend systems with ETL pipelines such as SSIS or Databricks.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub pipelines.
Collaborate with SQL developers to implement efficient data access patterns.

Desired Skills

Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
Familiarity with domain-driven design and microservices.
Experience with distributed systems or high-availability environments.
Understanding of tolling or transportation systems (preferred but not required).
