Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dataiku Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the enterprise Dataiku DSS platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in platform administration, cloud infrastructure, and supporting data science and analytics teams in a production environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring the Dataiku platform is secure, scalable, highly available, and integrated with enterprise systems and data sources.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Dataiku DSS platform across development, QA, and production environments.
Perform platform installation, upgrades, patching, and configuration management.
Monitor platform health, performance, and system usage; troubleshoot issues proactively.
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security policies (RBAC).
Integrate Dataiku with enterprise authentication systems such as LDAP, SSO, Active Directory.
Support connectivity with databases and cloud services (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, etc.).
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to enable smooth workflow execution.
Implement automation scripts for routine administration tasks using Python/Shell scripting.
Assist in platform governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
Support Dataiku integration with Spark, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering Dataiku DSS or similar analytics platforms.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell.
Experience managing enterprise authentication and access control (LDAP/SSO).
Strong understanding of data pipeline concepts, ETL processes, and SQL.
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Data teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Spark-based workloads (Spark integration with Dataiku).
Knowledge of MLOps tools and deployment workflows.
Exposure to governance frameworks and regulated environments (banking, healthcare, pharma).
Dataiku certification is a strong plus.
