Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build low-code business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
  • Develop Model-Driven Apps including forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations role dependent)
  • Automate business processes and approval workflows using Power Automate
  • Implement form scripting and customization using JavaScript
  • Develop C# plugins and custom workflows for Dynamics 365
  • Create and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation
  • Integrate solutions with Web APIs and Azure Functions
  • Perform ERP/CRM integrations and data migrations
  • Configure security roles, role-based access control, and field-level security profiles

Required Skills (Ranked by Importance)

  1. 3+ years of experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  2. 3+ years of experience with Power Automate
  3. 3+ years of experience with Dataverse (tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, row-level security)
  4. 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365
  5. 5+ years of scripting experience (PowerShell, JavaScript, C#)
  6. 5+ years of experience with integrations (REST APIs, custom connectors, SharePoint)
  7. 3+ years of experience with Power BI
  8. 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps

Preferred Skills (Ranked by Importance)

  1. Experience with security and data classification standards (CDC, HIPAA, CJIS)
  2. Experience with NIST information security standards
  3. Experience working on modernization initiatives across the full SDLC
  4. Experience managing and resolving tickets within a ticketing system
