We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Administrator/Architect with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage, support, and optimize our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective configuration, maintenance, and performance of the Dynamics 365 environment, supporting users across departments, and contributing to business process improvements through system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or Business Central as applicable).
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and data integrity.
Configure user roles, permissions, and workflows in alignment with business needs.
Provide day-to-day technical and functional support to end-users, including training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, IT) to gather business requirements and implement system solutions.
Manage system updates, patches, integrations, and ensure minimal downtime.
Support data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts during system implementations or upgrades.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and customizations using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), SSRS, or other reporting tools.
Liaise with external vendors, consultants, or Microsoft support as needed for escalated issues or new functionality.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FO, BC, CRM, or equivalent modules).
Strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Experience with user support, training, and documentation.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
