Summary

Sr Complex Resolution Analyst, Retirement
The Senior Complex Resolution Analyst is responsible for handling the research, remediation and reporting of issues related to complex OMNI issues. This includes but is not limited to global and plan level remediation research projects, bulk and individual corrective adjustments. Working under limited supervision, this job manages the research, analyzes the data, summarizes the issue and reports/escalates the issue as necessary.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Handles complex global, plan and individual level adjustments and remediation projects.
  • Processes complex bulk adjustments (Plan Mergers, Cross Contract Transfers, and Fund Mergers).
  • Handles the research and reporting of system issues related to OMNI, including analyzing the data and appropriately summarizing the issue(s).
  • Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for Operations and IT implementations.
  • Processes Individual adjustments (Non-excess refunds, incoming and outgoing cash adjustments, loans, brokerage).
  • Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.

Base Pay Range: $63,300/yr - $86,500/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
