Senior SIAM Design Consultant (Contract)

Remote with travel | 10 12 month engagement

About the Role

This is a handson SIAM practitioner role, not an academic or advisory-only position. We are seeking senior consultants who have designed, stood up, or materially transformed SIAM operating models within complex, multivendor enterprise environments. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, multiple external providers, and highvisibility transformation programs where integration, governance, and accountability are critical.

What You Will Do

  • Design, refine, or rebuild SIAM operating models across multiprovider ecosystems

  • Lead or support SIAM transformations, transitions, or service recoveries

  • Assess current-state service delivery and identify integration, governance, and accountability gaps

  • Establish vendor governance frameworks, performance models, and service accountability structures

  • Drive alignment across internal teams and external suppliers in highcomplexity environments

  • Produce clear, executive-ready deliverables that guide decision-making and implementation

  • Advise senior leadership on SIAM strategy, operating model design, and execution

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in IT services, sourcing, or service management

  • Proven, handson SIAM design or implementation experience (not theoretical, not advisory-only)

  • Experience operating in large, enterprise-scale, multi-vendor environments (5+ providers)

  • Strong understanding of service lifecycle processes, operational frameworks, and integration models

  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex, highvisibility transformation programs

  • Experience establishing or maturing governance, performance, and accountability models
