seeking an IT Project Manager to provide comprehensive project management services supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-related projects. This position will oversee the implementation of enterprise applications, infrastructure upgrades, cloud solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. A successful applicant will be an excellent project manager, creative, results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with variable deadlines, and have excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.

Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff, vendors, and external partners.

Oversee implementation of enterprise applications, infrastructure upgrades, cloud solutions, and/or digital transformation initiatives.

Ensure adherence to agency IT standards, security requirements, and compliance obligations.

Support system integration, testing, deployment, and change management processes.

Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings, and facilitate meetings.

Monitor project performance metrics, conduct post-implementation reviews, and promote the adoption of best practices in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

At least 3 years of project management experience with an active PMP or CSM certification.

Proven experience with budget management and implementing software.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Proven experience using PM related tools - i.e. Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, Loop, List), Jira, Power BI.

Ability to handle project level risk management and potential conflict resolutions.

Experience using hybrid frameworks (Agile and Waterfall) is preferred.

Advanced knowledge and experience utilizing AI is a plus.

Maintain high ethical standards of integrity and quality.
