seeking an IT Project Manager to provide comprehensive project management services supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-related projects. This position will oversee the implementation of enterprise applications, infrastructure upgrades, cloud solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. A successful applicant will be an excellent project manager, creative, results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with variable deadlines, and have excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff, vendors, and external partners.
  • Oversee implementation of enterprise applications, infrastructure upgrades, cloud solutions, and/or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to agency IT standards, security requirements, and compliance obligations.
  • Support system integration, testing, deployment, and change management processes.
  • Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings, and facilitate meetings.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, conduct post-implementation reviews, and promote the adoption of best practices in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience with an active PMP or CSM certification.
  • Proven experience with budget management and implementing software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience using PM related tools - i.e. Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, Loop, List), Jira, Power BI.
  • Ability to handle project level risk management and potential conflict resolutions.
  • Experience using hybrid frameworks (Agile and Waterfall) is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience utilizing AI is a plus.
  • Maintain high ethical standards of integrity and quality.
