Summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career andcustomer-orientedInformation Systems Security Engineerto join our team onsite inNorfolk, Virginia.

In this role you will support our US Navy customer with RMF package development and maintaining compliance throughout the RMF lifecycle

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop cybersecurity best practices, plans and procedures to support assessment & authorization (A&A) efforts for Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN) enclaves and systems.

  • Provide hardware and software configuration baseline updates for NETTN enclaves systems as well as Navy Training Baseline (NTB) software configuration deliveries.

  • Work with RMF Package escalation process and procedures.

  • Work with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) plan of action and milestones (POA&Ms) for ongoing and closed findings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree with a 5+ years of experience in developing and/or supporting a large US Navy program or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

  • Experience working with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), Risk Management Framework (RMF), National Institute Standards and Technology (NIST), and other federal guidelines.

  • Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications (Preferably VMware, Linux and/or Microsoft Windows 2022)

  • DoD Information Assurance Technician (IAT)-I level Certification or above.

  • Ability to travel in CONUS as needed up to Up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing assessment tools (e.g., ACAS, SCAP, HBSS) and RMF process tools (e.g., MCCAST, eMASS, eArcher, VRAM and DITPR-DON/DADMS) preferred.

  • CISSP certifications

Clearance Requirements:

  • ship with an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
