IAM Engineer

Introduction:

The IAM Engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) systems, as well as managing identity and directory service solutions. They will work with a team to ensure the security and efficiency of the organization's identity management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Forefront Identity Manager (FIM), including synchronization services and multiple reference implementations
• Support SQL Server maintenance, specifically supporting high-availability identity management databases
• Code and script using .net, PowerShell, and vbscript
• Support large-scale, enterprise-level identity and directory service solutions (AD, ADLDS/ADAM)
• Understand AWS cloud security and experience with automated server-less computing
• Develop complex scripts in PowerShell, VBScript, YAML, Python or other languages for automated solutions
• Secure and manage Active Directory at an enterprise level
• Utilize PowerShell advanced for scripting
• Experience with Splunk, New Relic, Observability tools
• Work with CICD pipeline/DevOps, Git and version controls
• Familiarity with Radiant Logic, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Forefront Identity Manager (FIM)
• Proven experience in SQL Server maintenance
• Strong coding and scripting experience using .net, PowerShell, and vbscript
• 4+ years supporting large-scale, enterprise-level identity and directory service solutions (AD, ADLDS/ADAM)
• Foundational understanding of AWS cloud security
• Experience with Amazon Web Services

• 3+ years of experience with EC2, CFT, and AWS cloud infrastructures
• 3+ years of experience developing complex scripts in PowerShell, VBScript, YAML, Python or other languages for automated solutions
• 2+ years of experience with securing and managing Active Directory at an enterprise level
• 3+ PowerShell advanced
• 3+ experience with Splunk, New Relic, Observability tools
• Experience with CICD pipeline/DevOps, Git and version controls
• Knowledge of Radiant Logic, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
