Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities- Work independently to meet with business partners, gather requirements, and ask clarifying questions to ensure a full understanding of business needs. Apply critical thinking to translate requirements into detailed components that support functional design.
- Collaborate effectively with technical team members, clearly communicating business requirements to support accurate and efficient technical design.
- Develop clear and comprehensive test acceptance criteria and execute testing activities, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate accurate outputs.
- Create and execute SQL scripts to support ETL processes and data validation.
- Conduct research and development on emerging trends and technologies related to the banking industry, data engineering, data architecture, data security, and related domains.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for data platforms.
- Participate in internal projects, including legacy system replacement, monitoring and analytics enhancements, tool development, and creation of technical documentation.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for management, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving data-related issues or designing new solutions
- Technical proficiency in SQL
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to support project management activities, including understanding release management protocols and coordinating key implementation tasks
