Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal / Oracle HCM Integration Lead specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards. In this role, you will lead and manage comprehensive HCM implementations and integrations, driving the design, configuration, and deployment of core Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Rewards modules.
Integrations & Data Loading: Implement and manage integrations utilizing Oracle HDL (HCM Data Loader), Payroll Interfaces, and Time and Labor modules.
Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather technical requirements, map data models, and ensure smooth system integration.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify technical gaps, optimize integration workflows, and provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM architecture.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Oracle Cloud HCM Expertise: Deep experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with specific functional and technical domain expertise in Workforce Rewards.
Integration Tools: Strong proficiency with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Payroll Interfaces, and Time & Labor.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading HCM implementation projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and cross-team collaboration.
