Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is part of the Digital Customer Experience team within the Customer Experience Organization. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, onsite Tuesday through Thursday and virtually on Monday and Friday. This position involves influencing product and design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving user experience initiatives from inception through implementation. The role is not open to H1B candidates, and interviews will consist of two rounds: the first virtual and the second onsite.
Responsibilities: - Influence outcomes and Product Owner decisions based on UX best practices, design principles, and research using agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement effective and efficient solutions.
- Collect, analyze, present, and act on feedback while managing changes to UX deliverables.
- Present work clearly and compellingly to stakeholders using storytelling and presentation skills.
- Provide timely status updates using project management tools like Rally, Jira, and Aha!.
- Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications adhering to design standards and system patterns.
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes with a focus on systems thinking and information architecture.
- Create research strategies, usability test plans, and scenarios for prototypes, and regularly test hypotheses during design iterations.
- Use research techniques such as heuristic reviews, user interviews, and usability testing to evaluate designs.
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from ideation through execution.
- Mentor and guide other designers to foster growth and collaboration.
- Ensure designs are responsive and adaptive for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, Library Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience or training.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX practitioner with a background in user experience design, interaction design, or similar.
- Experience working closely with Engineers in an agile environment from inception through implementation.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Experience in responsive, adaptive, and accessible designs for mobile apps (iOS and Android), desktop, and web applications.
- Knowledge of remote unmoderated testing tools and moderated testing platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills for solving complex data problems and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Strong organizational skills for labeling, classifying, and building flows and wireframes for complex applications.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frontend development languages.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0+ AA compliance, localization, and inclusive design.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Rally, Jira, and Aha!.
- Storytelling and presentation skills to effectively communicate design decisions.

Pay Range: $60-70
