Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform labeling, inspection, and packaging of vaccine products in compliance with quality standards.
  • Operate packaging equipment such as labelers, pick-and-place machines, heat tunnels, vision systems, and forklifts.
  • Ensure production targets and line rates are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct accurate product inspections to meet quality and compliance guidelines.
  • Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting of packaging machinery.
  • Maintain accurate and complete cGMP documentation in accordance with procedures.
  • Read, understand, and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Prepare and support QA line clearances for packaging operations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Support maintenance of facilities and equipment per SOP requirements.
  • Cross-train in other functional areas to support business needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Line Leader or Supervisor.

Communication:

  • Communicate processing needs and updates to team members and leadership.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Shift Line Leader and/or Supervisor.
  • Escalate process issues or deviations promptly.
  • Communicate facility, equipment, and inventory needs effectively.

Process And Systems:

  • Monitor processes against manufacturing records, SOPs, and data capture forms.
  • Participate in daily performance reviews and team discussions.
  • Complete batch tickets and track materials used during production.
  • Provide feedback on process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Adhere strictly to defined process sequences and workflows.
  • Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and report unsafe conditions.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2 3 years of manufacturing or packaging experience.
  • Strong understanding of GMP/cGMP environments.
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
