Job Description:

Pay Rate: $65-$75/hour on W2

Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Strong understanding of content licensing, rights management, and sales planning workflows (forecasting, deal modeling, revenue tracking)
2) Experience translating complex business processes into scalable technology solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
3) Working knowledge of data modeling, analytics, and reporting to support forecasting and planning decisions.
4) Ability to evaluate trade-offs and recommend solutions based on ROI, business impact, and technical feasibility.
5) Strong project and product delivery experience in Agile environments, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
6) 10+ years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, or sales planning within media, entertainment, or related industries.
Soft Skills
1) Proven ability to navigate complex datasets, systems, and business processes to solve problems and drive insights.
2) Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for stakeholders at all levels.
3) Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize inputs from multiple sources to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
