Summary

Role - Power Amplifier Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX

PA engineer:

  • 2 to 5+ years of hands-on industry experience specifically focused on RF/Power Amplifier design and development.
  • Experience in RF PA architecture and circuit design, including Doherty PA design.
  • Experience in RF matching network design, load-pull analysis, and RF performance optimization.
  • Experience in PA simulation and analysis covering gain, output power, efficiency, linearity, stability, and ruggedness.
  • Understanding of DPD interaction and PA/DPD performance optimization.
  • Understanding of PA schematic design, component selection, design review, and design documentation.
