About the Role
We are seeking an innovative AI Specialist to lead AI adoption and innovation initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on assessing organizational readiness, identifying high-value AI opportunities, driving change management, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI innovation and adoption initiatives across the organization.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver business value.
- Develop AI roadmaps, success metrics, and best practices.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement AI solutions.
- Drive organizational change management and AI awareness programs.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Experience with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and/or Azure Machine Learning Studio & Azure Databricks.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Experience leading AI innovation or enterprise AI adoption initiatives preferred.
