Short Description Bring your curiosity to work as our next Production Technician! You will be part of our operations team reporting to the Service and Production Manager. In this role, your mission is to support the production and assembly of our pumps and equipment. You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day - Assemble pumps and components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and torquing using standard hand and power tools.
- Conduct functional testing on completed pump assemblies, including pressure tests and operational checks.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, deviations, or quality issues; report findings promptly.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and testing, collaborating with management or engineering teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation including build records, test results, and check-in reports.
- Follow safety protocols and 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area
Your skills and experience - Safety focused
- Mechanical equipment service/repair experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read drawings, follow procedures, use hand/power tools, use measuring equipment (calipers, mics, scales)
- High School diploma
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 140001, and ISO 450001 standards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
