Role Summary
This senior-level project management position is responsible for leading and executing complex network transformation initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role requires extensive experience in managing technical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Track progress on assigned projects, including milestones, deadlines, and issues.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of network transformation initiatives, including relocations, site closures, decommissions, and greenfield network deployments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and work breakdown structures.
  • Provide regular project status updates aligned with customer and internal standards.
  • Coordinate with diverse teams including network engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Create and manage action lists to monitor and resolve issues promptly.
  • Remove project roadblocks through proactive efforts, ensuring continuous progress.
  • Oversee project coordination, status reporting, and overall stability of work efforts.
  • Attend project meetings, track tasks, and update project documentation regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards by reviewing deliverables and maintaining project discipline.
  • Lead initiatives with minimal oversight while demonstrating strong structure, organization, and flexibility to adapt to change.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time project visibility.
  • Leverage automation tools, such as Power Automate, to streamline tracking, reporting, and communication processes.
  • Influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and foster collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

  • 15 or more years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with at least 10 years as a project manager.
  • Proven track record managing network infrastructure or transformation projects, including migrations and deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of core networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, SD-WAN).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading complex and technical projects using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is strongly preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with Power BI, automation tools (Power Automate or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $64.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
