Our direct Client is looking for Technical Business System Analyst-Full Time- Hybrid opportunity (3 days in a week work from office) at Columbus, Ohio-Direct Customer.
Primary Skills : Technical Business System Analyst , Java / .NET Project experience
Required Qualifications:
5–7 years as a Business/System Analyst; at least 3+ years supporting .NET and/or Java application teams.
Strong command of requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Experience as a BA/BSA on projects using:
- Java (Spring, REST APIs), .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), API integration, Microservices concepts.
- SQL (querying, data validation), data mapping, ETL exposure; familiarity with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres).
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; Jira/Azure DevOps proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Mortgage/banking domain knowledge—loan lifecycle, compliance, servicing, payments, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
