Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in IBM IIDR CDC (Change Data Capture) focusing on real-time database replication, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting
Deep knowledge of IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) CDC for z/OS (mainframe) and IIDR CDC on Mid-Range (Red Hat Linux)
Strong proficiency in z/OS and Unix: JCL, DB2 for Z/OS, mainframe security concepts, and Unix Shell Scripting
Well versed in IIDR to Kafka streaming architecture
Ability to tune CDC log readers, log buffers, throughput optimization, and subscription parallelism
Skilled in analyzing IIDR diagnostic logs, z/OS system logs, and identifying performance bottlenecks
Experienced in configuring IIDR Access server and IIDR Management console
Strong technical experience supporting near real-time log-based solutions and data movement between heterogenous databases (DB2, Oracle, Singlestore, Cockroach DB)
Strong subject matter expertise in monitoring health and latency using IIDR
Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment
