Job Title: Workfront Designer Location: San Jose, CA (Remote)
Job Description:
The Workfront Designer role is responsible for the operational health, adoption, and ongoing success of our enterprise Workfront instance supporting more than 10,000 users. The position spans platform governance, user enablement, reporting and analytics, and day-to-day system administration, ensuring the platform scales with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead user implementation and onboarding through Workfront planning, intake coordination, prioritization, backlog grooming, and consultation.
Translate business requirements into scalable, governed Workfront configurations in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Create, publish, and maintain enablement assets guides, job aids, demos, videos, FAQs and keep them current with product releases.
Facilitate weekly office hours, training sessions, and demonstrations to drive user adoption and surface improvement opportunities.
Provide Tier 2 Workfront support, performing root-cause analysis of complex configuration, access, workflow, and reporting issues and coordinating with Adobe Support for escalations.
Monitor Adobe release notes and roadmap changes, anticipating user impact and highlighting new value opportunities.
Lead platform cleanup and governance initiatives, retiring obsolete users, projects, reports, templates, fields, and legacy configurations to reduce technical debt.
Enforce governance standards across access controls, naming conventions, custom forms, layouts, and object lifecycle management.
Design, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards that convert operational, adoption, and performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
Track and report on AI feature adoption, identifying gaps and opportunities and ensuring responsible, governed use.
Partner with business users on data-cleanup projects and develop role-based reports and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience in a large enterprise environment.
Experience working within an instance that includes multiple Group Administrators and strict governance.
Advanced Workfront reporting and dashboard expertise, including custom reports, calculated fields, and text mode.
Proven ability to deliver live training sessions, office hours, and product demonstrations that translate complex capabilities into practical use cases.
Strong consultative and stakeholder-engagement skills with experience gathering business requirements and recommending governed solutions.
Experience providing Tier 2 platform support with effective escalation management.
Ability to develop and maintain self-service enablement resources that reduce support volume.
Capability to analyze and report on AI feature adoption.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; highly organized and self-directed.
Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional Certification strongly preferred.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience in technology, operations, project management, or a related field.
